CHUN-LI - NORMAL MOVES - SUPER STREET FIGHTER 4
JAB (LIGHT) PUNCH
Crouching Light Punch is very fast and good for setting up tick throws. It also combos into itself and also Standing Light Punch.
Standing Light Punch is useful due to the fact that it can combo into Standing Heavy Punch.
STRONG (MEDIUM) PUNCH
Standing Medium Punch is a great poke, very fast and far reaching. Use this to move in on your opponent and interrupt their attacks. You can cancel this attack into a Kikkoken as well, which can be useful in block strings.
Crouching Medium Punch is suprisingly good anti-air.
FIERCE (HARD) PUNCH
Diagonal Jump Heavy Punch is a great two hit air-to-air move allowing you to follow up with EX Legs or EX Bird and even both of her Ultras -- on crouching opponents the second attack acts as an overhead.
Crouching Heavy Punch is another two hit attack and the first hit can be canceled into Medium or EX Spinning Bird Kick. It also moves Chun-Li forward a little. This move can be used to go under Sagat's High Tiger Shots, for example.
SHORT (LIGHT) KICK
Crouching Light Kick is Chun-Li's go-to combo starter, allowing her to combo into EX Legs. It's also useful for setting up tick throws and creating a mean close range mix up game.
FORWARD (MEDIUM) KICK
Standing Medium Kick can be a good anti-air normal, but it requires good timing.
Crouching Medium Kick can be canceled into both EX Lightning Legs and her Super.
ROUNDHOUSE (HARD) KICK
Standing Heavy Kick has pretty good range making it useful versus larger characters like Zangief.
Crouching Heavy Kick is a great anti air and is also useful in block strings to knockdown unsuspecting opponents.
Neutral Jump Heavy Kick is a solid air-to-air attack. The width of this move on its way down also makes it good for catching your opponent throwing out moves.
Diagonal Jump Heavy Kick can act as an instant overhead -- to perform this, jump back and immediately press Heavy Kick and it will tag a crouching opponent.

The Rear Spin Kick is improved in Super Street Fighter 4, as it now not only acts as solid anti-air attack, but also allows Chun Li to follow up with EX Lightning Legs or Ultra 2.
