Fei Long - Special Moves - Super Street Fighter 4
REKKAKEN
QUARTER CIRCLE FORWARD + PUNCH
This is a three hit attack best used in combos but can be used to punish wiffed attacks as well. EX versions sets the opponent on fire.
SHIENKYAKU
BACK, DOWN, DOWNBACK + KICK
Fei Longs Dragon Kick, best used in combos and the EX version can be used as somewhat reliable wake up.
REKKUKYAKU
DOWN-BACK, DOWN, DOWN-FORWARD, FORWARD, UP-FORWARD
Fei Longs "Chicken Wing" will allow him to start combos if it hits. The EX version passes through projectiles and other attacks.
TENSHIN
QUARTER CIRCLE BACK + KICK
This is a command grab that has slow start up but can be used to start combos if you land it.
SUPER - REKKASHINKEN
QUARTER CIRCLE FORWARD X2 + PUNCH
Fei Longs Super is one of the more useful ones int he game. He can combo it off many of his pokes such as Crouching Medium Punch, and with only a few of his EX moves having much of an application in a match, this Super will come in real handy.
ULTRA 1 - REKKASHINGEKI
QUARTER CIRCLE FORWARD X2 + PUNCH X3
Fei Longs first Ultra can be combos off of an FADC'd Shienkyaku, but only the first hits will connect.
ULTRA 2 - GEKIRENKIN
QUARTER CIRCLE FORWARD X2 + KICK X3
Fei Long got the short end of the stick when it comes to new Ultras in Super Street Fighter 4. This is a counter Ultra which is pretty easy to bait and is only useful as anti air.

These guides should include crossups and anti air moves at the very least.
We're working on it! For instance, today I did all of Fei Long's normals, so now you'll have all that info for this character right at your fingertips. There's a lot of characters and we're not exactly full-timers working on this (real jobs, lives, etc) but we're getting them improved week to week.
