Triumvir is gearing up a series of Super Street Fighter II Turbo: HD Remix tournaments in California and Florida. The flyer you see to the left has all the details and locations for the different tournaments.
They mentioned there are prizes from Triumvir (Clothes!), Capcom (Ryu Headband?) and MadCatz (Joysticks!?). You also get 15% of your next online purchase from Triumvir just for pre-registering!

More information on the tournaments strait from TRIUMVIR:
2 8-Man brackets per store. Meaning 2 final contenders per shop will compete with the 3 other shops via X-Box Live.
Prize breakdown:
All 16 competitors will receive a Triumvir goodie bag.
Top 2 contenders of each shop will ALSO receive:
Goodies from Capcom, including an Udon comic book.
$100 Gift certificate for Triumvir.
