Well, dont look surprised, we all knew it would be coming at one point or another. 

One thing that is interesting and somewhat puzzling to me and others in the SRK Ino thread on this is.. Claw is F tier? How come he gives me so much trouble at the arcade? I must need more practice.

Looks like the list translation isnt 100% correct, F tier is Balrog...which I guess could potentially be Claw anyway so we'll see. Check the SRK thread for more updates on the translation.

I would agree with the tier list as of today. I'm pretty sure Boxer, not Claw would be listed as bottom tier. Boxer is not horrible if you can specialize with him, but he's definitely not at the level he was in ST... it feels as if his attacks are slower and don't come out as instantly, which were some of his best aspects in ST.
