This is confirmed in the newest issue of Famitsu. Its been assumed for weeks now due to a post on what I understand to be a Japanese blog, but this is official.

Release date is December 11th in Japan! Good that it is coming out so soon, but part of me wishes they would spend another 6 months on it to put in more characters like Dante. The cast still looks a little light to me at this point... but seriously, why isnt Dante in a fighting game yet?
