The words make it seem like it's totally playable and that there will be a SFxT at the event. Obviously not the correct interpretation, but that's just what it sounds like.

Eh it'll be the same video they showed at comic-con I doubt it'll be new footage unless they have a build with kazuya and ryu and they let people play.
