« Street Fighter 4 Volt Adds Sakura and Makoto for Free »

You know, being free isn't always a bad thing, and this is certainly one example. Both Sakura and Makoto are coming to Street Fighter 4 Volt at no extra charge in a soon-to-be-released update for the iOS game. If you haven't checked it out by now, the game itself is available for $6.99 on the App Store, allows for fights via Wi-Fi and comes with 17 fighters right out of the digital box.
