The V3SA for PlayStation 3 and VXSE for Xbox 360 will be getting new art on the front of the sticks with a much more stylish approach along with a special Japanese kanji character similar to that of the Fighting Edge. Another Fighting Edge characteristic is the drawer-lining-like bottom material which appears on the Real Arcade Pro sticks. Unfortunately there isn't much else included such as the LED touch or the customizable controls.
If you can get your hands on one of the sticks, the Sanwa-enabled V3SA is approximately ¥13,800 (~$176) when it arrives on June 28 while the Seimitsu-based VXSE will be approx. ¥15,800 (~$201) on July 26.
