The upcoming iteration of Super Smash Bros.' biggest tournament series recieved their first sponsors as well as bonus pot money to the tournament.

Apex 2014 will be receiving sponsor support from Plantronics, known for providing headset support to various industries including video games; They will provide GameCom X95 headsets as a bonus for select contestants. The tournament will also have support from Play-Asia, a popular Asian import retailer from Hong Kong.

Apex 2014 will take place at Somerset, New Jersey on Jan. 17-19!
