Esteban Martinez, also known as the man behind Hold Back To Block, is announcing a documentary for the fighting game community.

Titled "FGC: Rise of the Fighting Game Community," Esteban aims to portray the fighting game community for audiences unfamiliar with the worldwide group. Esteban wants to have more interviews from various players in the scene as well as stories only found in the community.

Plans including a Kickstarter campaign will be established in the near future to help fund this documentary.

This is Esteban from Hold Back to Block. I've recently made an announcement about an FGC documentary project entitled "FGC: Rise of the Fighting Game Community". The project aims to present the FGC as a culture to those who may not be familiar with fighting games or gaming in general.
