If you wanted to keep using your Sanwa Denshi OBSF buttons but want the feel of mechanical keyboard switches, there is a new accessory coming soon.

Paradise Arcade Shop has been working on an accessory for OBSF-30 buttons to allow switches such as the Cherry MX series to be retrofitted. Called the OBS-MX, it looks like it will replace Sanwa's stock microswitches altogether when installed. To compliment the OBS-MX, PAS developed a new plunger as the original cannot work with the unit.

In addition, the OBS-MX comes with LED support built in. Players and modders can take advantage of the LED's solder points. PAS' Kaimana LED board is also compatible with the OBS-MX.
