« Alex Jebailey joins Avyd as fighting game head »

Community Effort Orlando's Alex Jebailey will be leading Avyd's FGC efforts going forward, according to an announcement made by the company on May 17.

After an admittedly rocky start that involved the company changing its plans for Street Fighter V, Jebailey said Avyd has learned from its early missteps and is working to make sure "their entry into the FGC is done right."

Avyd still has plans for its winter championships, and will also be sponsoring Combo Breaker, CEO and other future FGC events.
