« Mad Catz returns to peripheral market »

Almost one year after the company declared bankruptcy and shut down, Mad Catz has announced its revival. 

Now based out of Hong Kong with new management, Mad Catz Global Limited will unveil its product line at the Consumer Electronic Show on Jan. 9-12, 2018, in Las Vegas. The company promises "new ideas, new attitude and most importantly, an entire range of new, high-quality gaming products."

According to Mad Catz, the company's initial offering will be PC hardware including mice, keyboards, headsets and gaming surfaces. There is no word at this time as to whether the company will be returning to the console market, although the official press release does mention Mad Catz being known for FightSticks.
