Ultra 1 can be safely used in three other ways i think:
- If opponent is cornered, it is also possible to combo into ultra 1 from a EX tatsu
- If you punish a jump-in with a lp shroyuken, you can also land ultra 1
- Ultra 1 can be landed after a knockdown focus attack
