You can use Oil Combination hold after a successful focus attack
After a successful level 3 focus attack, you can perform a LK Oil Shower before the Oil Combination Hold for extra damage. Also, you can combo into Oil Combination Hold from Jumping Medium Punch.
I also think it's worth noting that you can combo into Oil Slide from Jumping Medium Punch
