FORWARD, DOWN, DOWN-FORWARD + KICK
This is the cornerstone of hakan's game in that it not only gives virtually of his attacks extended range, it also allows him to move while charging a Focus Attack. The EX version will avoid projectiles but not normal attacks.
OIL SLIDE
QUARTER CIRCLE FORWARD + PUNCH
The Oil Slide is Hakan's Armor Breaking move and also allows him to slide under projectiles. Hakan can combo into this attack from Crouching Medium Kick and Forward and Medium Kick. You can also FADC this attack if it is blocked.
OIL ROCKET
360 + PUNCH
This is Hakan's command grab and is typically best used when he is oiled up in that its range is increased dramatically.
OIL DIVE
360 + KICK
This is another command grab for Hakan that catches standing and jumping opponents, but will wiff on crouching opponents. You can hold the button to charge the attack.
SUPER - FLYING OIL SPIN
QUARTER CIRCLE FORWARD X2 + KICK
Hakan players probably wont find much use in his Super and will want to save it for his EX attacks such as EX Oil Rocket. Much like his Oil Dive, you can hold the button to charge the super.
LK Super is invincible to hitting attacks.
MK Super is invincible to throws.
HK Super is invincible to projectiles.
The invincibility lasts even while you are charging the super.
ULTRA 1 - OIL COASTER
720 + THREE PUNCHES
This is Hakan's command grab Ultra which you can mix into his normal close range game.
ULTRA 2 - OIL COMBINATION HOLD
DOWN X3 + THREE KICKS
This is typically Hakan's preffered Ultra considering it is an anti-air Ultra and makes up for the fact that he has few reliable anti air attacks. This will catch virtually all jump in attacks, triggering an Ultra sequence. It will also catch most close range attacks if it is timed and spaced correctly.
