UNIBEAM - QCF+ATTACK (81k/113k/130k)
A linear beam attack. Average durability - will lose to a few beamers (Dr. Doom, Storm, Magneto, Taskmaster). Can be used in the air.
REPULSOR BLAST - QCF+ATTACK (81K/102K/122K)
Anti-air and anti-teleport move. Covers assist calls well. The L version can be used in combos, and all versions can be cancelled into the Repulsor Spread.
REPULSOR SPREAD - QCB+H DURING BLAST (80K)
Cancels the recovery of any strength Reulsor Blast into a large sphere of energy around Iron Man. At max range cancelling the Blast into Spread renders the Blast safe much of the time, and can also be used to punish attempts to counter the Blast. Can be cancelled into Iron Avenger.
SMART BOMB - F,D,D/F+ATTACK (57K/84K/103K)
Iron Man's OTG-capable attack, this cancels into both of his Hypers. Tiger Knee'd, Smart Bombs provide solid zoning. You can air dash after them with M or fall straight down with H, and land a solid combo if either connects.
FLIGHT - QCB+S
Iron Man has great use for Flight in combos. Air M and H can be cancelled into Flight for combos off of random air attacks, and Flight can be used for some impressive and damaging combos (see Combos section for a few examples).
Activating Flight, then pressing S to auto-unfly is a nice mixup, though it's a slittle slower than Magneto's.
