According to Gamewatch.com the Japanese version of Street Fighter IV will drop on February 12th for 8,390 Yen ($89.95) and a DVD of the SFIV anime will be included for those who pick up the game on the 12th. Not sure if a pre-order is required and I am not sure about the details of the DVD being included in the North American release. I know there is a collectors edition coming to the states and that will most likely include the anime DVD but we will have to wait and see.
