Shacknews put up a nice rundown of Super Street Fighter 4's online features.  If you have not been keeping up with the game until now or want a refresher, it fits that role.  However, you won't find much of anything you haven't seen before if you have been keeping up with the game.  Here's a sample of the preview.  In my opinion, it's one of the most interesting parts as they say that the netcode itself has not changed from Street Fighter 4. If you feel like discussing if that's good or bad, comment away!

Though the netcode hasn't changed, you should find more low-latency games as the matchmaking and custom game browser should better prioritize location for game selection. As such, you should see more "five green bars" games online in Super Street Fighter IV.
