Peacefuljay’s stream has made tremendous progress in less than 3 weeks. 1250 followers, more players have entered the stream chat, more people are being vocal, and more top players are participating in what is probably the most popular and most talked about SSF4 stream out there currently. With that said, thank you Peacefuljay and IFC_Ricky for helping spread the word about Battle of the Bay and for telling the other guys to watch our stream on Sunday!

TOP THREE TROLLS

#1 Troll: Lamerboi and Grimmz

After a long day of setting up a pro-lobby with some of the best players in the nation, featuring Ryder and Alex Valle, it was time for Grimmz to battle against Lamerboi. On paper, it seemed like a terrific matchup considering their tournament results and style matchups. The stream chat was excited to watch a real match between those two, however, what ensued baffled the crowd, and even caused us to question if we had just been robbed 3 minutes of our life. Dry wall humping and doing absolutely nothing intelligent for 99 seconds in the 3rd round caused plenty laughter, and plenty haters. As the high expectation of a good match becomes somewhat of a mind **** to everybody, this weeks #1 trolls of the week belong to Lamerboi and Grimmz.

#2 Troll: Pharenhite

Pharenhite was a regular on the stream, although he was just an average player. Everybody talked to him on the stream chat, and he seemed to be a very nice and normal guy. However, one evening he decided to do something nobody saw coming. As Peacefuljay went to sleep, Pharenhite had won a match but was up against Peacefuljay next. As most of you know, Peacefuljay never plays to provide a good quality stream for everybody. Pharenhite decides to not ready up at all, and clicks/unclicks ready for about 30 minutes as an indirect way of saying **** you. Nobody was pleased, nobody was laughing. We got trolled, very hard.

#3 Troll: RS3

You’ve got to have some balls going into a chatroom full of people and claiming that you’re the best Ryu in the world: better than Daigo, Alex Valle, and John Choi. You’ve got to have even more balls to say that and then play on the stream for everybody to see. RS3 did all of the above, and to his credit, the kid had some balls. What we saw was mashed uppercuts, a lack of high level fundamentals, and plenty of losses. Yet, with seeing what had happened, he proceeds to call everybody a scrub and that he’s still better than everyone. This kid was so sick to the head, that I was beginning to like him. I just wanted him around to hear the kind of crap he would feed us with. Although he was banned, he did prove one thing. He was definitely better than Daigo, Alex Valle, and John Choi -- as an online Ryu troll.

Player of the Week: Alex Valle

Alex Valle has become more than just a regular player on the stream -- he has become a voice and active contributor to everybody involved on the Peacefuljay Stream. If he’s not talking about Street Fighter mechanics and techniques, he is hanging out trolling just like everybody else is. He occasionally reveals life stories in the stream chat for everybody’s viewing pleasure (or discomfort sometimes) and is a entertaining person at all times. Because of his activity -- especially his contribution to the stream monsters in a positive manner -- he is a well deserved pick as player of the week on the Peacefuljay Stream.

Match of the week: Juicebox vs Mr. SNK

So I’m cheating a bit, because this was a match that occurred last week. But Juicebox had ran a 49-game win streak, and Mr. SNK came, he conquered, and then he left the room following the beatdown. That’s some legit stuff which rewards his match with Juicebox as match of the week!
