Don't get too excited by the title here because I'll give you fair warning, there are a few catches to this deal. Team Ninja is including a Dead or Alive 5 Demo (Alpha Version) in the first run of Japanese copies of Ninja Gaiden 3, though depending what system you purchase the game for you will receive different playable characters: Hayate and Ayane for PS3 and Hayabusa and Hitomi for X360. If want all four characters, you will have to purchase the premium special edition that gives you a code to unlock them all. 

While it's not clear if this deal will be available to North American consumers, keep in mind Ninja Gaiden 3 comes out at the end of March and Tecmo Koei has already stated DOA5 is slated for an early 2012 release so the full game might be right around the corner from NG3 anyway. That said, the PS3 has no region protection so if you plan on getting the Japanese version of NG3 anyway this is a nice little bonus. 

Tecmo Koei has also stated that the demo wont be released outside of being included in Ninja Gaiden 3.
