FingerCramp's Hak met with Namco Bandai's FilthieRich at NECXII to show some of the new aspects of Soul Calibur V, such as Brave Edge, Critical Edge, and multi-layer stages.
There was also an interview with FilthieRich covering such diverse subjects as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles being in the game and Namco stealing the Critical Edge idea from Capcom games as retaliation for Capcom taking the Rage system from Namco games.
Did you know? Critical Edges first appeared in some form in Soul Blade. The proof is in the videos after the break!
