Don't Drop That Combo just rolled out another King of Fighters XIII tutorial video, and this one features Raiden who is one of the strongest fighters on the roster. Here's what they have to say about him:

Im going to start by saying that this character (in my opinion) is ridiculously strong and quite easy to use. When I started on this character for the first time (which was earlier today), I thought that charging his kicks would be a problem...... It was for about 10 minutes, then it just became second nature. Also the fact that he can kill you without using a Dream-Cancel or B+C Maxmode is insane. Most of the cast that can perform 100%'s need to use both. 
Keeping at least one kick button held down at all times is must if you want to be good with this guy.
