Chibita has been well known in the Virtua Fighter community as one of the best Lion players to date as well as teaming up with Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike player Nuki for multiple Tougeki ~Super Battle Opera~ tournaments. Sega interviewed him to as part of promotion to Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown on consoles.
