Arcade UFO has just announced the first U.S. SBO Qualifiers for Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, which are to be held in Austin, TX on July 14th and 15th, 2012.
UFO has confirmed not just one, but TWO spots for the USA in SBO Finals, which will be determined via two separate double-elimination tournaments that weekend. Hit the jump for more details!

Arcade UFO will be streaming the event in-house all weekend, and you're sure to see all of Texas' finest along with what are sure to be some fierce out-of-state competitors! They will also be furnishing 50% of the winning players' airfare to Japan in August.
This year's SBO Finals will be held on August 4th and 5th, 2012 in Japan.
