People have anticipated, it was already announced, but here is the gameplay trailer for the next downloadable character General Zod.

Despite being Krytonian, the military commander features unique tools different from Superman including external projectiles and closeup moves that allow him to work in multiple ranges. Nods including his infamous quote and the Phantom Zone are featured!

You can check out the trailer after the jump! Zod will be available on July 2, 2013 but will not be allowed for use during this year's EVO!
