Tecmo Koei have announced Team Ninja's latest Dead or Alive game will be coming to the Japanese arcades after a multi-year absence.
Along with the full package and free to play editions on console, Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate will be arriving at arcades through Sega's ALL.Net P-ras MULTI Ver. 2, a digital download arcade service that features games such as Under Night In-Birth and Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R.
This is the first Dead or Alive game to be playable in arcades in almost 14 years; the last being Dead or Alive 2 in 1999.
The arcade version of Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate will be arriving winter 2013 in Japan while both the full and free to play versions on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 are still slated for Sep. 3, 2013.
