The latest episode of Super Desperation Radio is now available for watching on Team Spooky's YouTube channel.
After last week's surprise guests, SDR returned to its usual brand of tomfoolery as it discussed the Killer Instinct World Cup, King of Fighters XIV and the new Street Fighter shirt being offered by GameStop.
Killer Instinct has impressed SDR with its development since season 2 started, and the crew talked about how Iron Galaxy has done a great job engaging the community and making players feel valued.
SDR thinks that type of engagement is what KOF XIV will need to be successful. The cast pointed out that communities like Skullgirls and KI have thrived with developer dialogue, and a community manager could be what helps SNK Playmore establish a durable scene in the U.S.
Lastly, the new Street Fighter V shirt from GameStop is terrible, and SDR had a good time picking the design ideas apart.
