« Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite comes home Sept. 19, 2017 »

The newest entry in Capcom's storied Versus series will make its debut in September.

In a post on the PlayStation Blog, Capcom's Peter "Combofiend" Rosas revealed a new story trailer for the game, details about different versions of the game and confirmed the eight characters that recently leaked.

As many players first suspected, the villain of Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite is indeed the combined forms of Ultron and Sigma, simply named Ultron Sigma.

The game will be sold in three versions: the Standard Edition will cost players $59.99 and come with Warrior Thor and Evil Ryu costumes when preordered; Deluxe Edition will be $89.99 and will add Gladiator Hulk and Command Mission X skin as well as the 2017 Character Pass that will offer players six post-release characters including Sigma; and the Collector's Edition will set consumers back $199.99 but feature four interlinking dioramas of Chun-Li, Iron Man, Mega Man X and Captain Marvel along with Infinity Gem replicas and the Deluxe Edition of MvCI.
