Capcom's Seth Killian demos the new Ultras for Ryu, El Fuerte, Balrog, Fei Long, and Zangief for Super Street Fighter 4.  The vids do center around the new Ultras but he also gives some basic info on uses and landing them.  As a side note, I really like the way the lighting on the new Reactor stage looks on the characters (that blue glow). Very nice.
