« Ryan Hart Interview with Mago »
Ryan Hart has been over in Japan for several weeks now, with recaps of his experience going up on professional gaming site LowLandLions. Today, however, Ryan Hart has a little something special for you: an interview with none other than Mago.
In the interview Ryan Hart asks Mago who his top picks for America, Japan and Europe are, his thoughts on what Fei Long's worst matchups are, and more. To get you started, see below for an excerpt from the interview. After checking that out, head over to this link to read the full thing.
Ryan: How do you think the console release of AE will affect the SF community?
Mago: I can’t really comment on Europe or America but I think that in Japan there will be a large decline in arcade players and this will mainly be the low to mid level players. Stronger players will probably continue to play arcades as usual.
On arcade it's easier to search for the style or rank of opponent you'd like to play against. And once you start playing you can repeatedly play against the same opponent easily whereas on console it's common that once someone wins one game or some games they'll quit when they are ahead or when they feel they are doing good.
