The first Soul Calibur V live demo gives us a look into the various system mechanics present in the game. The Quick-Step is done by double-tapping up or down for a 3D dash into or out of the screen, Brave Edge attacks take 1/2 of one bar and are essentially EX Moves, and Critical Edge attacks take an entire bar and are essentially supers.
