G4TV has just published a very nice video preview for Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 which breaks down the newly announced characters (Strider, Ghost Rider, Firebrand, and Hawkeye) as well as some of the new game mechanic changes.  What makes this preview more entertaining is that it isn't just two people discussing it on-camera, it shows gameplay throughout.
