A new trailer for King of Fighters XIII has been released by RisingStarGames.  The trailer is your pretty standard announcement trailer.  It runs down the game's features and shows some gameplay and cinematics as well.  King of Fighters XII may have been a $60 beta, but this game really looks like it will deliver the goods.  All we need to hope for now is decent online play.
