The Street Fighter 25th Anniversary tournament series is coming to a close with the world finals in Burlingame, CA! Here is a little preview of what you will be in store for this weekend! Winners of the qualifiers for Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition Ver. 2012, Street Fighter X Tekken, Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike, and Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix Classic Mode will be converging to determine who is the best in their respective games!
For AE2012, there are so many well known high level players you can expect including Gamerbee, Infiltration, Wolfkrone, Mago, Justin Wong, and Daigo Umehara. In SFXT, Alioune, Wong, Poongko, and Combofiend are among the many in the bill. For 3SOE, there are strong competitors like NicaKO, Mester, Gunfight, and MOV. ST will feature legends including Afrolegends, John Choi, and Damdai. You can check out the full brackets here!
The finals will be located at the Hyatt Regency outside San Francisco International Airport in Burlingame, CA at Saturday, December 8 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM PST!

The event admission is available for all ages with the first 1000 people to come by will receive special items including a Ryu headband and comic books. Capcom will be selling more Street Fighter-related items at the event! Players interested in playing at the event, you can try out the games featured in the finals as well as other games such as Darkstalkers: Resurrection and even a special mystery game! Producers Yoshinori Oni and Tomoaki Ayano will also be there for photos and signings. Make sure to stay there for also some special announcements!
Sponsor Mad Catz is also offering a sale on their webstore for their Arcade FightStick and FightPad models so if you were wanting to get one, this is a great chance!
