« SF x TK: Capcom Working on Patch for PC Version to Fix Online Issues & More »
As many of you know, the PC version of Street Fighter x Tekken has many of the same day one issues that the console version had such as the sound dropping out during online play. Capcom posted on their blog yesterday that a patch is in the works that will address these issues and improve the overall netplay experience and mention that there are many more on the way.
For the PC version of Street Fighter x Tekken, we have been keeping track of the issues that have popped up since launch. We wanted to assure you guys that the team is already hard at work on the first patch, and that many more are coming. All the same fixes that came to the console version (for example, improvements to the online gameplay, and a fix for the online sound issues) will also be coming to the PC version. We’ll let you know as soon as these patches are ready to go live, so please keep checking back for more information!
What has your experience with SF x TK on the PC been like so far? Some players such as Arturo Sanchez mentioned on Twitter that the netplay is noticeably worse on PC than it is on console -- he even has FiOS! Do you agree or have your online matches been mostly smooth?
