Recently, Manny Fuerte took first place in the new Ultra Street Fighter IV at Spring Fighter 2014 at the NYU Game Center, showing off the changes to El Fuerte. One of the highlights of El Fuerte at SF2014 was his Quesadilla Bomb, which saw considerably more use in this tournament with the improvements to the special. However, the move was such a rare occurrence in the previous iterations of Street Fighter IV that the move went relatively unpunished at this tournament.

Thankfully, YouTube user Bebopaloobop (@buckowens on Twitter) has created a video on punishing El Fuerte’s Quesadilla Bomb, showcasing every character’s ability to punish the move in various forms. Bebopaloop states in the description of his video that although the move is better, it is still very punishable, and states that stand blocking the move will always result in an easier punish than crouch blocking.
