The former limited time only downloadable character Shadow Jago can now always be purchased in Killer Instinct.

In a post on Ultra Combo, Iron Galaxy announced that fan response to KI Season 3 and "popular demand" were such that the character will now always be a part of the regular roster.

Shadow Jago was originally a reskin of Jago, but after the KI Community Fund reached $100,000 he was developed into his own character. Previously only offered from Dec. 18, 2015 through Jan. 15, 2016 and again when KI Season 3 released, he will now always be available for purchase through the online store for $9.99.
