New Rise Of Incarnates Trailer Shows More Gameplay Footage, Register For Alpha Test Now

The upcoming free to play PC 3D combat fighter from Bandai Namco Games now has a new trailer!

The latest trailer for Rise of Incarnates shows more in-game footage with a narration of how the it will play. While the video doesn't introduce new characters, the footage shows off the many abilities for the four characters featured in the original announcement trailer!

New Info On Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition Migrating From Games For Windows Live To Steamworks

With the Games For Windows Live service ending and plans to transition to Steamworks, Capcom provided details for owners of Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition on PC.

People who bough AE on either Games For Windows Live/Retail or Steam will be transferring from GFWL built in the game to Steamworks. This change will alllow players to continue playing online as well as upgrade to Ultra Street Fighter IV on Aug. 9, 2014.

Steam owners will see the game automatically update with allowing them to transfer their save data to the new version. GFWl users will be able to migrate after inputting their registration code to Steam. For downloadable content, Steam users will be able to keep their content while GFWL players wont be able to continue using the content after the migration.

Latest Humble Daily Bundle Features Guilty Gear Isuka, Vanguard Princess & Blade Symphony

The Humble Bundle continues its daily series with a fighting game-specific bundle.

The seventh day of the 14-day long Humble Daily Bundle series features Guilty Gear Isuka, Vanguard Princess and Blade Symphony. Different from most Guilty Gear games, Isuka features special mechanics to accommodate matches for up to four players. Vanguard Princess is a doujin fighting game that was accepted into the Steam Greenlight program. Blade Symphony is a tactical 3D sword combat game using the Source engine.

For donating any amount of money before the next bundle, you will recieve GG Isuka, Vanguard Princess is obtainable when paying more than the overall average and Blade Symphony will be available for contributors who donates $10 or more. All three games can be played through Steam.

The "Melee" bundle is available now until Tuesday!

Ultra Street Fighter IV Japanese Arcade Mod For Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition On PC Released

With the release dates for Ultra Street Fighter IV announced, KingBlackToof has an updated version of his Ultra Street Fighter IV mod series.

The latest mod is based on changes featured in the Japanese arcade release. This does not include some of the new changes found in recent international location tests.

The command for the red focus mechanic changed to its current command of jab, strong and forward. The delayed wake up mechanic has been modified to now only apply to hard knockdown. This mod still doesn't include Ultra Combo Double mechanic. While not intended to be absolutely accurate, the mod wants players to evaluate a majority of the changes found in Ultra before it officially hits consoles and PCs.

New Character Art, Combo Tweets & More In Latest Yatagarasu Attack On Cataclysm Developer Diary

There are new developments in the latest version of indie fighting game Yatagarasu Attack on Cataclysm.

YATAGARASU ATTACK ON CATACLYSM CHARACTER ILLUSTRATIONS

The April 18 developer diary reveals a bit of new content coming to the game. You can check out a gallery featuring new illustrations of characters above. The development team finished recording voice-overs planned for the final release and is currently implementing the files. The final release will feature the ability to publish tweets of your own combos for other players to read and try out themselves.

Yatagarasu Attack on Cataclysm is currently in development and aiming for a 2014 release on PC. The original Yatagarasu is available now on PC with console releases, titled Legend of Raven, coming soon.

New Bandai Namco Games 3D Free To Play Fighter, Rise of Incarnates, Announced For PC Coming Late 2014

Alongside Soulcalibur and Tekken, a new fighting game will be coming from Namco Bandai Games as a free-to-play game but for a new platform.

Titled Rise of Incarnates, this free-to-play fighting game for the PC will be bringing 2vs2 combat to a 3D plane. Players will take control of Incarnates, humans with special powers forced to fight against one another in a world on the brink of chaos. The game will be bringing the combined talent from the Tekken, Soulcalibur and Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme VS teams to help shape this new franchise.

"As a new franchise, Rise of Incarnates represents the next big step in expanding BANDAI NAMCO’s footprint in the Free-to-Play gaming space," said In Joon Hwang, Director of Digital Games at BANDAI NAMCO Games America Inc. “Having been built from the ground up, Rise of Incarnates contains the necessary attributes that create a rich and dynamic gaming environment that fans are sure to enjoy."
