Dragon Ball FighterZ, Tekken 7, other Bandai Namco titles on sale on PC

Two different sales are cutting prices on popular fighting from the big publisher.

For starters, Bandai Namco's own web store is offering steep discounts to titles like Tekken 7 for PC. Steam, meanwhile, is running a Midweek Madness sale that is bringing the cost of Dragon Ball FighterZ down by 30 percent until June 1. The Bandai Namco's direct sale seems to have originally included DBFZ as well, but the website does not currently reflect that offer.

Several other Bandai Namco titles are also involved in the company's sale, including Dark Souls III, Naruto Shippuden titles and more. For the full list of sale items, readers can head to the BN website

Secret character Lamia discovered in Fight of Gods

It seems that Santa Claus wasn't the only surprise coming to Fight of Gods players before the end of 2017, as a secret character has been found.

Lamia was uncovered by Yohosie during an inspection of the game's assets. Lamia plays much like a standard shoto-style character, with a fireball and dragon punch. She also has a dash move that can cross behind the opponent.

According to Yohosie, Lami is unlocked by inputting the Konami Code (up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, light, medium) when starting from the random slot on the game's character select screen.

The official Fight of Gods Twitter account applauded the discovery, saying, "That was fast! Good sleuthing, Yohosie."

For more on Lamia, readers can check out Yohosie's videos showing the character's moves and general strategy after the jump.

Chinese fighter Sango Guardian: Chaos Generation now available on Steam

A new fighting game, made by developers from Guangzhou, China, is now on PC through the Steam platform.

Sango Guardian: Chaos Generation was originally designed for arcades in China. It features characters named after various ancient Chinese military leaders but with a modern take. The game received international attention when Japanese game center Takadanobaba Mikado hosted tournaments for the title. Developers Sealy Electronic Technology later put the game on Steam's Greenlight program with a playable demo.

Now the game is currently available to buy on Steam with a normal price of $7.99, days ahead of its Aug. 15 release date. As of this time, it is 15% off through Aug. 14. Initial reviews have been negative, citing the long boot up time as well as the lack of two player and training modes as some of the complaints. Sealy is currently looking to improve the game.

Match footage of Sango Guardian: Chaos Generation from Mikado can be found after the jump.

Tekken 7 for Steam updated with bug, online fixes

The first update for the PC version of Tekken 7 has rolled out with fixes for both online and offline play.

Most of the updates fix actual problems with using the game, such as keyboards becoming unresponsive and Kazuya's model partially disappearing at times when customized. Other fixes, however, are designed to prevent players from getting matched with "hackers" or to allow competitors find themselves on the leaderboards.

Also added are changes to Nina's Ivory Cutter, Eddy's Rage Art and one of Miguel's Power Crush moves. No details are provided but the Nina change is likely the one that came to consoles earlier this month.

The small list of fixes can be found after the jump.
