OK, this has to be one of the craziest videos I've seen in a while.  The YouTube discription says its based on a movie called "Future Cops", but this video compilation of scenes is just packed full of all kinds of awesome (and funny) Street Fighter and Mah-vel references.  It's random and full of sight gags.
