AquaPazza Online Functions to Include Spectator Mode and the Ability to Save Replays

AquaPazza is coming to Japanese PS3s on July 26th and Siliconera is reporting on a few of the features you can expect from its netplay. The game will include both ranked matches and player matches, with the player match lobbies allowing up to 6 players at a time.

AQUAPAZZA SCREENSHOTS

You will also have the ability to save your replays. You can review each fight in a temporary log and decide to save or delete it.

It's still not clear if this game will ever see a US release and the game was recently pushed back in Japan to release a week before the ever popular Persona 4: Arena -- a move in which many gamers feel will have a negative affect on it's sales.

Are you looking forward to eventually trying this game or do you agree it will forever live in the shadow of Arc System Work's Persona 4: Arena?

AquaPazza Delayed, Now Set to Release a Week Before Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena

Andria Sang is reporting that the PS3 port of AquaPazza has been delayed about a month and is now set to release come July 26th. This is a week before the console release of another fighter, Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka arena which is currently one of the most popular fighting games in Japan.

As a few of the commenters on Andria Sang pointed out, changing this release date will most likely hurt the sales of EXAMU's crossover fighter as it's expected to have a hard time competing against Persona 4: Arena.

No specific reason was given for the delay.
