Tatsunoko vs Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars Minigames

Note: It looks like Capcom removed the more than dozen little mini-games that were present in the initial Japanese release (Tatsunoko vs Capcom: Cross Generation of Heroes).  They have stated that instead of having lots of simple games, that they would expand upon the best one, which became Ultimate All-Shooters.

ULTIMATE ALL-SHOOTERS

One of the mini-games found on the original Japanese release of Tatsunoko vs Capcom: Cross-generation of Heroes was an overhead shooter.  This mini-game has been greatly expanded and has been dubbed Tatsunoko vs Capcom: Ultimate All-Shooters.

Ultimate All-Shooters is a shooter from the overhead perspective and is similar in gameplay to Capcom's own classic "Commando".  Up to four players can play this game simultaneously and it contains four playable characters: Ryu, PTX-40A, Ken the Eagle, and Tekkaman Blade.

The game features power-ups and branching paths.

Ryu's Hadoken blasts through enemies and obstacles.  His High Side Kick turns enemies into bullets which can strike other enemies.  His Vacuum Tornado Whirlwind Kick special strikes enemies for major damage.

His Gatling Gun performs super fast consecutive shots. His shot gun has a wide attack range. His rocket launcher sends out heat seeking missiles.

His Birdrang does damage to enemies on both paths of its trip. His "Hane Shuriken" freezes enemies temporarily. He also has his Kagaku Ninpou Hinotori super.

His Lancer Thrust performs consecutive short range attacks. His Lancer slash clears away enemy bullets. His Voltekka move is a powerful blast.

DORONJO END CREDITS MINI-GAME

If you press the Medium attack button during the credits you can play a mini-game! Doronjo and her two henchman are on a three-person bike and you must navigate hills, jump gaps, and try to jump through the actual credit text.

Jumping through the text gives you Zenny, the game's currency. Every time you jump through a letter you hear a money-collecting tone, and the more letters you jump through the more bonus Zenny you will get at the end.  If you want to get Zenny fast in this game, it is a good idea to play this game.

Collecting all the yellow letters is related to unlocking Ultimate All-Shooters (see above).  Collect them all and you will spell out "THANK YOU FOR PLAYING" at the end and unlock the game.
