Mortal Kombat Klassic Kostumes and Fatalities DLC Pack Incoming

NetherRealm Studios' Ed Boon has announced via Twitter that a new DLC pack for Mortal Kombat containing all the Klassic Kostumes as well as the Klassic Fatalities is incoming. 

"The 7 Klassic outfits & 3 Klassic fatalities that were retailer exclusives will be bundled into one DLC package. Trailer coming on Friday" - @noobde and @NinjaBoy66

The Klassic Kostumes and Fatalities were originally pre-order bonuses spread out over many of the major retail chains on the game's release.  Now they are all being bundled into one DLC package. These include Kostumes for Jade, Kitana, Mileena, Ermac, Reptile, Sub-Zero and Scorpion.  In addition, the three Klassic Fatalities for Reptile, Scorpion and Sub-Zero will also be included.

Pricing hasn't been announced, but according to the tweet a trailer for the DLC package is coming this Friday, and we expect that kind of information to be revealed then or soon thereafter.

Mortal Kombat: Creating a Fatality

NetherRealm sent over a video earlier today that details the team's process when creating a fatality for any given character. The team goes over the process from conception to animation, all the way up to the final finishing touches on the effects. Mortal Kombat Hotfix Patch Notes from Tom Brady

Test Your Might just posted up a list of hotfix patch notes for Mortal Kombat 9 provided by Tom Brady. As you'll see there are some fairly significant changes to characters such as Kung Lao with his overall damage output being reduced. Other characters such as Baraka received some buffs to hopefully make them more viable. Mortal Kombat: Sektor and Jade Combo Videos by Check
