Capcom Cup Finals Schedule Announced, Release Timeframe Of Ultra Street Fighter IV On Consoles & PC

Capcom Cup will be concluding with the finals and will be one of the major location test spots for Ultra Street Fighter IV, now with release info.

At Burlingame, CA's Hyatt SFO hotel on Dec. 15, Capcom Cup will be bringing players from all around the world to compete in Street Fighter X Tekken, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition Ver. 2012! Also featured include announcements and special exhibitions for Marvel and Ultra. Capcom Cup also house one of the many international Ultra Street Fighter IV location tests. Ultra also received some release dates for both console and PC editions. Before EVO 2014, Ultra will be available in June for $14.99 in both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360's as a Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition Ver. 2012 upgrade. Digital and retail builds of the full console version will be available in Aug. for $39.99. A PC upgrade version and a full release will also be available in Aug. for $14.99 and $29.99 respectively.

IFC Yipes announced the line up for some confirmed teams coming for Curleh Mustache Battle Royal 2

To be held at North East Championship 14 on Dec. 6th to 8th, players from all over the United States included those from California, Texas and New York will compete to see who is the current best.

Capcom Cup Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Clash Of The Champions Exhibition Announced

In addition to the eight announced players coming to the Capcom Cup finals for Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, one more will be coming to face the outlasting victor.

Titled "Clash of the Champions," EVO 2013 UMVC3 champion Flocker will be going to Burlingame, CA on Dec. 14 to face the winner of the Capcom Cup UMVC3 tournament. It will be a first to five exhibition set and a chance to win $1,000 added into the 1st place winner's prize money.

Confirmed Eight Players For Capcom Cup's Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 Invitational Tournament

Capcom just announced the line up for the eight man invitational tournament for Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 to be held on Dec. 14.

Here is the full list of players who bring the hype voted by the community: Nemo, Justin Wong, KaneBlueRiver, IFC Yipes, Abegen, Chris G, Filipino Champ and Marlin Pie.

Brokentier's Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Marathon "Danger Room" Now Live

Billed as "36 hours of nonstop training," Brokentier's Danger Room event is now live and streaming on both Brokentier Twitch channels.

The event, which will feature all members of Team Brokentier training with and competing against Michael "Yipes" Mendoza and other special guests, will continue all weekend. There will even be special exhibitions against players from the local Arizona community.

Homecoming: CoL Filipino Champ Defends the Throne Event By XSplit & Cross Counter

Filipino Champ will be at the Philippines to "Defend the Throne."

XSplit and Cross Counter are hosting an event Oct. 20 in Manila, Philippines that will pit Complexity's Filipino Champ fighting against the best Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition Ver. 2012 players in the nation.

Cross Counter's founder and one of the best Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 players team up for a special series of videos on improving your fighting game skill.

Fighting Gamer Mastery is a special media program with Gootecks and Filipino Champ. This four hour-long video series examines strategies, mental strength and understanding the metagame in fighting games. For Street Fighter and Marvel players, there is also content about Champ's characters and how he applies his own philosophies when competing.

"Why Me Dojo? 6" After Super Desperation Radio At 8:00pm PST Tonight

Josh is hosting his sixth monthly event at Why Me Dojo? Tomorrow! The Dojo is located at 133 Copeland Street in Petaluma CA. It's perfect for North Bay guys wanting to level up and for pros to keep their skills sharp.

Registration is from 7:00pm - 8:00pm PST and will cost $1 with each game being $4 to enter. Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition Ver. 2012 and Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 will be hosted on Xbox 360 setups.

Japan's Nemo attended this year's EVO to enter Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. Here are some long challenges that occurred outside the main hall against two of the top players in the game.

Although recorded with a camera, both matches total more than two hours of matches with Nemo and his team of Nova, Dr. Strange and Nathan Spencer against Chris G (Morrigan, Vergil, Dr. Doom) and Filipino Champ (Magneto, Dormammu, Dr. Doom).
